Weddings

It’s such a huge honor when a couple decides to hire ME to capture their special day. This is the day that the two of you become one and start your lives together. This day will never happen again, and the photos you have are what you will have forever. Photographing your wedding is a responsibility that I do not take lightly.

I’ll be there to capture all of the special moments: Your mom buttoning the last button on your dress with tears in her eyes as she sees her beautiful baby girl as a bride, that first look with your dad, and the moment you walk down the aisle with your dad towards your soon to be husband.  I will be the one capture the photos that your children and grandchildren will look at in photo albums while they sit in your lap.

 Photos will be around when everything else during your special day has ended.  The cake gets eaten, the dress gets bagged and put away, the venue you will always remember, the flowers will wilt, but the PHOTOS will be what you have to look back on for the rest of your life.  Photos are a timeless treasure and I can’t wait to be the one who gets to say in 20 years, “Wow, look at this beautiful couple on their wedding day! I took that.”  With being in the photography business since 2010, and in 2011 photographed my very first wedding, I am ready to be your wedding photographer!

You have stalked my page (girl, don’t deny it), read all of this info and probably feel like you already know me! Now I get to know you:

• INTRODUCTION: Contact me, and we will set a time to meet up in person (if you are not local, FaceTime works) and go over your contract. This is where I get to know you. We will talk about all of the details of this special time in your life, and we will both ask lots of questions. We can take as much time as we need!
• ENGAGEMENT: We will set a date for your engagement sessions, and talk about locations and what to wear.
• BRIDAL PORTRAITS: When you get your wedding dress, it is now time for your bridal portraits!! (eeeeek) THIS is going to be the FIRST TIME you see yourself completely put together as a bride. The hair, the makeup, the veil, the dress, the flowers and the shoes will all come together on this day!
• THE WEDDING: A few weeks before your big day, we will talk and meet to make a photography timeline for your wedding. This helps ensure that everyone stays on schedule and smoothly moves the day along to make sure you get all of the special photos that you want! On the day of your wedding, my one and only job will be to make sure that you and your future husband have every memory possible to look back on.
• AFTER PARTY: Within 6 weeks of your wedding day, curl up on the couch with your HUSBAND and look through your personal gallery of wedding photos. Grab the tissues (trust me) all of the wedding feels are going to flood back over you and you will reminisce this day over and over again.
